Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Provide outstanding client services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new services
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and other computer tools to maintain detailed customer records
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services
- Manage cash handling procedures when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security during transactions
Requirements
- Fluency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Experience with outbound calling and call center operations is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of sales techniques, analysis skills, and excellent phone etiquette are advantageous
