Responsibilities
- Provides construction inspection services for municipal infrastructure projects
- Previous experience in reviewing and reading construction drawings and project specifications
- Observe daily progress of work and maintain log of daily construction activities
- Coordinate work of materials testing firm as needed
- Maintain record of daily construction activities and maintain as-built drawings
- Monitor traffic control and daily operations
- Monitor Contractor's workmanship and materials
Qualifications
- Experience with municipal infrastructure projects
- 3-5 years of experience in the inspection work related to municipal infrastructure projects
- Retired municipal infrastructure inspectors will be considered
