Korzen Health is partnering with one of the largest behavioral healthcare groups in Alabama. Due to continued growth and expansion of services, we are seeking a Collaborating Physician (MD/DO) to support outpatient-based Nurse Practitioners.
This organization is headquartered in Montgomery, AL, with clinics throughout the state, and also provides inpatient services within hospital-based psychiatric facilities.

Provide collaborative oversight to Nurse Practitioners in accordance with state regulations

Maintain availability for required consultations

Estimated time commitment: 2–5 hours per month

Must reside and actively practice in the state of Alabama

Conform to requirements for licensing, credentialing, and collaboration as required by Alabama law
-
Must be responsive and able to assist with timely updates to CAQH profiles for credentialing submissions

Must be Board Certified.

Paid per Advanced Practice Provider (APP)

Monthly stipend of $1,000 per APP

1099 independent contractor position

Remote role; however, candidate must be physically located in Alabama
