1. Qualifications
a. Education and Major: Vocational high school diploma, technical secondary
school diploma, higher vocational education, or higher degree in Mechatronics,
Mechanical Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Automotive
Maintenance, or related engineering disciplines.
b. Work Experience: 1 year of maintenance experience in relevant
industries (e.g., manufacturing, property management, facilities management).
Exceptional recent graduates or apprentices may be considered with appropriate
flexibility.
c. Knowledge & Skills: Technical Foundation: Mastery of fundamental mechanical
and electrical principles; ability to interpret mechanical drawings and basic
circuit diagrams.
d. Tool Usage: Proficiency with electrical test equipment (multimeters,
megohmmeters) and various manual/power tools.
e. Operational Skills: Proficiency in at least one or more core trades: machining,
electrical work, welding.

2. Job Responsibilities
a. Conduct testing on electronic products, accurately pinpoint malfunction points
in defective items, and analyze root causes using specialized instruments and
equipment.
b. Develop reasonable repair plans based on electronic product design principles
and circuit diagrams to ensure scientific and effective repair processes.
c. Proficiently use repair tools such as soldering irons and multimeters to perform
component replacements, circuit repairs, and other operations on defective
products, ensuring repair quality.
d. Conduct comprehensive functional testing on repaired electronic products to
ensure all performance metrics meet standard requirements.
e. Document detailed repair records for each case, including defect symptoms,
failure causes, repair methods, and materials used, establishing a complete
repair archive.
f. Regularly summarize repair experiences, analyze common fault patterns and
trends, propose suggestions for improving product quality, and assist R&D in
optimizing product designs.
g. Safeguard repair tools and materials, maintain a clean and organized work area,
and comply with all company safety regulations.
h. Promptly complete other tasks assigned by supervisors and actively collaborate
with the team to achieve overall production goals.

1.任职资格

2. 岗位职责
a. 负责对电子产品进行检测,精准定位不良品的故障点,运用专业仪器和设备分析问题根源。
b. 根据电子产品的设计原理和电路图,制定合理的维修方案,确保维修过程科学有效。
c. 熟练使用电烙铁、万用表等维修工具,对不良品进行元件更换、线路修复等操作,保证维修质量。
d. 对维修后的电子产品进行全面的功能测试,确保产品各项性能指标达到标准要求。
e. 记录每次维修的详细情况,包括不良现象、故障原因、维修方法和所用物料等信息,建立完善的维修档案。
f. 定期总结维修经验,分析常见故障类型和规律,提出改进产品质量的建议,协助研发部门优化产品设计。
g. 妥善保管维修工具和物料,保持工作区域整洁有序,遵守公司关于安全生产的各项规定。
