Make Waves Therapy is a clinician-owned ABA practice serving families in the Florida Keys. We are seeking a dedicated and clinically strong BCBA to support a small, established caseload in Key West and surrounding Lower Keys.
This role is ideal for a BCBA who values high-quality clinical work, strong parent relationships, and professional autonomy in a community-based setting.
Position Overview
- Provide direct clinical supervision and treatment oversight for assigned cases
- Develop and revise individualized behavior intervention plans
- Review data and make thoughtful clinical adjustments
- Supervise and support RBTs in the field
- Conduct parent collaboration and training
- Maintain organized and timely documentation
This is an in-person, community-based role serving clients in homes and schools throughout Key West and the surrounding Lower Keys. Hours are consistent week to week, with flexibility in scheduling.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Professional, organized, and confident working autonomously in the field while maintaining collaborative communication with the clinical director
- Clear and respectful communication with families and team members
