As part of our continued U.S. expansion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Air & Ocean Export Operations Specialist to join our Los Angeles team.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Air & Ocean Export Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing international export operations, with a primary focus on air freight exports and supporting the growth of our ocean freight export business. The successful candidate will also assist with air freight import operations across selected U.S. gateways.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Air Freight Export Operations (Primary Focus)
- Coordinate and manage daily air export shipments.
- Arrange airline bookings and monitor cargo movement.
- Prepare and process MAWB, HAWB, export documentation, and shipping instructions.
- Coordinate with airlines, GSAs, warehouses, truckers, overseas agents, and customers.
- Support Wiseway's CNS and IAC programs and ensure compliance with TSA and airline requirements.
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve operational issues.
Ocean Freight Export Operations
- Coordinate FCL and LCL export shipments.
- Arrange carrier bookings and export documentation.
- Work with customers, shipping lines, truckers, and overseas offices.
- Support the development and growth of Wiseway's U.S. ocean export business.
Import & Customer Service Support
- Assist with air freight import operations across selected U.S. gateways.
- Communicate professionally with customers and overseas partners.
- Coordinate customs clearance and delivery requirements where applicable.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational data within CargoWise.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding experience.
- Strong experience in air freight export operations.
- Knowledge of international freight forwarding processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
- Experience with both air and ocean freight operations.
- CargoWise experience.
- Experience working with airlines, GSAs, and export compliance requirements.
- Mandarin Chinese language skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
