You will have the best pay for solar in all of Florida. If you are at another solar company and want to see an apples to apples comparison for commission, please send me an address so I can prove that you are being underpaid. Installs are completed in less than two weeks in Hillsborough county and less than 4 weeks in Pinellas and Pasco County. You can be a setter or a closer or a combination. We will provide any additional training that you need to be successful.
