Lake Norman Marina is the leading boat dealership/marina in the Carolinas. Our entire team is the best of the best. Our Service Team has more experience than any of our competitors. This job opportunity will allow you to join the best customer service team in the Charlotte market.
We are a dealer for boats by Cobalt, Bennington, Malibu, and Axis. We service marine engines by Yamaha, Volvo Penta, and Mercury.
We provide all training and schooling for our service team.
This is a full time, year round, 5 day per week position. Occasional Saturdays in season.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, mechanical diagnostic and repairs, routine maintenance, new boat rigging, accessory and after market part installation, and warranty work.
Qualifications and Skills
A love for mechanics and working with your hands is a must. Some marine mechanical experience is preferred, but general mechanical experience is acceptable. The ability to adapt to, and grasp the new technology is important, along with good computer skills. The ability to solve problems on the technology side is rapidly becoming one of our greatest needs. This talent will be a prerequisite to being hired in this position.
