The Showing Apprentice Program by Pure Realty

Are you a licensed real estate agent looking for a way to supplement your commission income while continuing to build your real estate business?
Pure Realty is accepting a limited number of agents into our Showing Apprentice Program in the greater Austin/Cedar Park area.
This program is designed for licensed agents who want additional income opportunities, greater exposure to active real estate transactions, and access to tools and lead opportunities that can help them grow their commission-based business.
Earn $50 Per Showing — Choose Your Availability
You choose the areas and times you're available. Pure Realty connects you with established agents who need assistance showing properties to buyers or providing access for inspections and other appointments.
Your responsibilities are simple:
- Arrive on time and professionally represent the brokerage
- Provide access and/or show the property
- Communicate effectively with the requesting agent
- Provide feedback following the appointment
Compensation is $50 per completed showing/appointment — this is not a salaried or hourly position. Because many appointments take less than an hour, Showing Apprentices may effectively earn $75+ per hour of appointment time in some situations.
Training is provided.
More Than Just Showing Homes
The Showing Apprentice Program is intended to supplement—not replace—your commission-based real estate income.
Selected agents can also gain access to Pure Realty's technology, training, lead-generation resources and Leads Program, providing additional opportunities to develop clients, close transactions and build a stronger real estate business.
We're especially interested in agents who may not yet be earning what they want from real estate and are looking for a better platform to grow.
You May Be a Great Fit If You:
- Hold an active Texas real estate license
- Are a member of a local REALTOR® association/MLS
- Live within approximately 30 minutes of Cedar Park
- Have schedule flexibility
- Are professional, reliable and responsive
- Want to grow a commission-based real estate business
- Would benefit from supplemental showing income while building your pipeline

Important Program Details
Showing Apprentice openings are limited and applications are reviewed as they are received.
Candidates selected for Pure Realty's Showing Apprentice and/or Leads Programs will be required to affiliate their real estate license with Pure Realty before participating.
