Position Summary
We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Inspector to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in State/industry codes and possess exceptional mechanical aptitude and experience in the fire protection industry.
Job Duties
· Inspect, test, and maintain fire sprinkler systems (including wet & dry systems, as well as fire pumps and related components).
· Complete and maintain accurate records of inspections, work performed, etc.
· Work closely with your fellow inspectors, office staff, and on-site personnel to ensure these crucial life safety services are performed expertly.
· Adhere to all proper risk management and safety procedures.
Skills
· Strong proficiency in all State/industry codes and standards.
· 5-7 years of experience conducting NFPA 25 inspections.
· Extensive knowledge of fire sprinkler systems operations, piping, and components.
· Ability to pass a background check, have reliable transportation, and a valid State Driver’s License (with an acceptable driving record).
· Strong customer service skills.
· NICET Level 3 certification preferred but not required.
· Local 281 preferred but not required.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Experience:
- inspecting fire sprinkler systems (i.e. wet, dry, etc).: 3 years (Required)
