Duties
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services to enhance their beauty routines.
- Conduct product demonstrations, including makeup applications and skincare consultations, to educate clients about features and benefits.
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Millennium and other salon software platforms.
- Upsell complementary products and services to meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across our retail store inventory, including cosmetics, skincare, and haircare items.
- Build strong client relationships through personalized communication, follow-up calls, and social media engagement to foster loyalty.
- Organize stock levels, merchandise displays, and ensure the store is well-stocked with attractive visual merchandising.
- Utilize sales data analysis to identify trends, improve sales strategies, and achieve individual and team targets.
- Handle cashing out procedures with accuracy, including cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Support front desk operations by managing phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.
Skills
- Proficiency in Millennium POS system, salon software, and social media management tools.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (e.g., English plus additional languages) for broader client communication.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles, makeup application techniques, and beauty & cosmetics sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly phone manner and professional customer interaction skills.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining genuine client relationships.
- Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, stock management, and merchandising practices.
- Analytical skills for sales data analysis to optimize performance and meet sales goals.
- Basic math skills for retail math calculations including discounts, pricing adjustments, and inventory counts.
- Organizational skills for time management, stock organization, and maintaining a clean store environment.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Millennium or similar platforms; familiarity with client relationship building tools is a plus.
