What You Will Do
- Assemble innerspring units by positioning and securing coils on hand-fed assembly machines
- Inspect coils to ensure they meet quality standards before assembly
- Operate assembly equipment to lace coils together and produce finished innerspring units
- Remove completed products and prepare the machine for the next production cycle
- Monitor the coiling machine to maintain production flow and quality
- Refill lubricants, clear minor wire tangles, and restart equipment as needed
- Perform basic machine shutdown procedures and help prevent equipment jams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with additional production tasks as assigned
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- High School Diploma or GED is helpful but not required
