B’nei Yis’raal International Inc. is a holistic, non-profit Kingdom organization dedicated to restoring identity, establishing self-sustaining communities, and operating under a "Nation-Building" model. Governed strictly by the Written Torah and the Testimony of Yahusha HaMashiach, our mission bridges faith, education, financial sovereignty, and community support. Supported by our operational engine, Golden Age Sports & Business Inc., we oversee initiatives including private Kingdom education (Golden Age Academy), holistic healthcare, community defense (The Gibborim), and financial literacy/empowerment.
Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated, visionary Volunteer Board of Director Members to join our leadership structure. Board Members serve in an executive/governing capacity—working alongside our Nesi'im (Executive Officers) and Zakenim (Council of Elders)—to help guide the organization's strategic expansion, ensure financial stewardship, and maintain organizational integrity according to our governing bylaws.
This is an uncompensated, volunteer leadership opportunity for individuals who feel called to lend their professional expertise to building a lasting community foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Oversight & Governance: Provide executive guidance on organizational policy, expansion strategies, and major initiatives across our educational, health, and economic pillars.
- Policy & Scripture Alignment: Ensure organizational activities align with our bylaws, operating standards, and core covenant principles (including Sola Torah governance and Scriptural standards).
- Financial Stewardship & Fiduciary Oversight: Review and oversee ministry budget blueprints, tithes/offering allocations, enterprise profit transfers, and capital initiatives.
- Program & Mission Expansion: Advise on the growth of key initiatives such as Golden Age Academy, youth sports training, crisis support services, community defense, and Kingdom financial systems.
- Community Advocacy: Represent B’nei Yis’raal International Inc. professionally to prospective sponsors, community partners, and regional stakeholders.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Alignment with Mission: A deep respect for and commitment to the core mission, covenant standards, and identity of B’nei Yis’raal International Inc.
- Professional Expertise: We are actively looking for candidates with backgrounds in one or more of the following areas:
- Non-Profit Governance & Law
- Finance, Accounting, or Kingdom Banking/Credit Unions
- Education Administration (K-12 Curriculum Development)
- Healthcare & Urgent Care Operations
- Security, Military, or Logistics Operations
- Enterprise & Small Business Management
- Spiritual & Leadership Maturity: Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to servant leadership.
- Time Commitment: Attendance at monthly or bi-monthly board meetings (virtual or in-person), occasional committee participation, and presence at key organizational convocations/feasts when feasible.
Compensation & Benefits
