Gardner Auction Service is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, accounting, office management, title work, and Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare checks and bank deposits
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks
- Account reconciliations and data entry
- Vehicle title work and related paperwork
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets
- Answer phones, emails, and assist customers
- General office administration and record keeping
- Assist with weekly advertising and office tasks
Qualifications
- QuickBooks experience required
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience required
- Strong Excel and computer skills
- Office management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday and every other Friday
Pay:
Starting at $22 an hour (Depends On Experience)
