Jobsite Solutions is a site services company based in Hobart serving builders and general contractors across Northwest Indiana. We handle the work that keeps jobsites moving, and no two days look the same. We're looking for a versatile worker who can do a little bit of everything and takes pride in doing it right. What you'll do
- Install and maintain erosion control (silt fence, silt sock, inlet protection)
- Landscaping work: laying sod, spreading mulch, planting shrubs and trees, hydroseeding, raking and prepping grade
- General site cleanup, maintenance, and finish work on active jobsites
- Pressure washing
- Install mailboxes and light posts
- Basement cleanouts and dewatering
- Run hand tools, power equipment, and machinery as needed
What we're looking for
- Reliable. You show up on time, every day. This is the most important thing.
- Willing and able to do a bit of everything. This role changes day to day.
- Comfortable with physical, outdoor work in all conditions
- Takes pride in leaving a site looking right
- Valid driver's license
- Landscaping or construction experience is a plus but not required. We'll train the right person.
- Equipment experience (skid steer, mini excavator) is a plus
- Experienced, dependable candidates may be considered for a crew lead role with higher pay
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays during the busy season. Day shift.
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
