Summary
We are seeking to hire experienced Sales and Operations professionals for a Management Trainee position. The primary responsibilities of a Management Trainee involve combining their experience/knowledge of sales and operations with the training provided in the pest control industry. Responsibilities
As a Manager Trainee, you will be trained in the daily duties of a Branch/Service Manager to include, but not limited to:

Manage all facets of sales, service and administration to ensure adherence to laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures for achievement of performance goals.

Acquire all knowledge needed to successfully operate a Home Paramount branch, demonstrate appropriate level of expertise in all areas, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of pest management.

Successfully manage the financial performance of branch operations, including revenue growth and expense control for total profit and loss accountability in achieving goals.

Manage and control branch inventory, including but not limited to, materials and supplies, products, office supplies and equipment to manage expenses, achieve efficiency and reduce theft.

Monitor and inspect branch vehicles, equipment, inventory and facilities in accordance with company guidelines to ensure the proper maintenance and preservation of company assets.

Train, develop, motivate, counsel and provide strong leadership and oversight to branch personnel to meet or exceed sales goals and deliver excellent services to our customers.

Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
As a Manager Trainee we require the following:

Prior sales and/or operations experience in a service-oriented industry.

Experience with people management and direct customer interaction.

Valid Driver's License/Clean Driving Record.

Maintain flexible work hours, including Saturdays.
