We are looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. What is an HR manager? To us, an HR manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. In addition to the above duties you will assist in the day-to-day accounting functions of the facility in accordance with current acceptable accounting and cost reimbursement principles relating to skilled care operation, and as may be directed by the Administrator or Office Manager.
Responsibilities
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Assist in implementing the day-to-day functions of the accounting department
- Match invoices to packing slips and purchase orders.
- Process and verify payment of invoices on a timely basis.
- Verify invoice received for quantity, unit price, extensions and discounts.
- Code invoices with appropriate chart of account number to assure that expenses are distributed to the correct expense account.
- Prepare invoices for input
- Make written and oral reports/recommendations to the Accountant concerning accounting functions.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements as directed.
- Assist in preparing trial balances as directed.
- Assist in preparing financial and statistical reports as directed.
- Perform functions of computer/data processor as necessary.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan ,benefits program along with payroll
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Accounts Payable processing and handling facility accounts payabnle.
Skills
- Proven working experience as HR manager
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting practices.
- Experience in health care accounting preferred but not required.
Job Types: Temporary, Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
