We are looking for high-level technician who are well rounded. Knowledgeable repairing and diagnosing truck, trailers and light duty diesel engines. Also someone who understands suspension systems beyond just replacing parts. This is not an entry-level role. We want technicians who can diagnose, think and execute at a high level and have minimum of 5 years experience.
What you need to know and will be doing are the following:
•Perform 3-axle alingment and trailer alingment
•Conduct full suspension shakedown and identify worn or failing components.
•Diagnose and correct tire wear patterns such as cupping, feathering, and edge wear.
•Diagnose a steering pull, drift, and handling issues.
•Replace and repair alingment bushings, king pins, tie rods, drag link, power steering pump, gear u-joints, steer shaft u-joints, gear box, carrier bearings, drive lines, yokes, torque rods, air bags, leaf spring bushings, u-bolts, 5th wheel bushings, 5th wheels, adjust 5th wheel, wheel seal replacement, hub seals, able to Diagnose issues with self inflating tire systems, trailer alingment bushings, replace leveling valves, mount and dismount supe single tires, low pro tires, and 19.5 tires.
•Ensure all work meets alingment specs and improve vehicle performance.
•Document, communicate findings clearly and recommend repairs.
•Pay rate is base on knowledge and productivity.
