Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Independent Residential Cleaning Contractors to complete residential cleaning services for our clients. Contractors enjoy the flexibility of accepting cleaning opportunities while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential cleaning services according to company standards.
- Ability to perform standard, deep, or move-in/move-out cleans for clients.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces.
- Communicate professionally with clients and the Diamond Standard Cleaning team.
- Arrive on time and complete jobs efficiently.
- Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude while in clients' homes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of residential cleaning experience (required).
- Must have general liability insurance & be bonded (or willing to become bonded upon hire).
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must provide your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Must own a smartphone with reliable internet access.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to lift up to 25–30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks.
- Must be dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Hiring Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Successfully complete a paid test cleaning.
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement before accepting work.
