As an Entry Level Manager you'll introduce customers to industry-leading AT&T products and services, including wireless plans, home internet solutions, business connectivity, device upgrades, entertainment services, and mobile accessories. Our Entry Level Managers will help customers discover solutions that fit their needs while developing the communication, relationship-building, and sales skills that create long-term career opportunities.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Manager
- Represent AT&T products and services through customer interactions in assigned territories.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their communication, connectivity, and technology needs.
- Present customized recommendations that highlight the value and benefits of AT&T solutions.
- Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process while ensuring a positive experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through consistent effort and professional customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollments, and sales activities.
- Participate in ongoing sales meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Stay informed about current promotions, new products, and competitive offerings to confidently educate customers.
Entry Level Manager Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
- Ability to build trust and connect with a wide variety of customers.
Pay: $950.00 - $1,400.00 per week
