We are currently hiring a Construction / Demo Worker for a full-time, day shift position in Hendersonville, NC. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule and offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. The ideal candidate will assist with general construction and demolition tasks, support skilled trades, and help maintain safe and organized job sites. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, physical labor, and working in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general construction and demolition tasks, including digging, lifting, and site cleanup
- Assist skilled tradespeople with building, repair, and job site preparation
- Safely use basic hand tools and power tools
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials throughout the workday
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Previous construction or demolition experience preferred but not required
