Duties
- Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, preferably within the insurance industry or related financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus) to connect with diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and analysis skills to evaluate market trends and customer data for targeted outreach.
- Experience in telemarketing or direct marketing strategies is advantageous.
