Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer to capture stunning visual representations of residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will utilize your photography, videography, and editing expertise to produce high-quality images and videos that showcase properties in the best possible light. Duties
- Capture professional-grade photographs and videos of properties, including interior, exterior, and aerial shots using specialized photography gear and aerial videography flight operations.
- Conduct post-production editing using software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere to enhance image quality, manipulate photos, and produce compelling visual stories.
- Manage color accuracy through color management techniques and apply color theory principles to ensure vibrant yet natural-looking images.
- Create engaging video content that highlights property features through filming, editing, and art direction to maximize visual storytelling impact.
- Coordinate scheduling with clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality images and videos for marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Maintain all photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, drones, lighting gear, and accessories, ensuring they are in optimal condition for each shoot.
- Comply with safety protocols during aerial videography flight operations and adhere to local regulations for drone usage.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro for photo editing and video production.
- Strong understanding of image processing techniques, photo manipulation, shot composition, and art direction to create captivating visuals.
- Experience with aerial videography flight operations including drone setup, flying skills, and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of color management systems and color theory to produce consistent and appealing imagery across various media.
- Excellent storytelling skills with an eye for detail in capturing the essence of each property through photography and videography.
- Ability to operate professional photography gear including cameras, lighting equipment, stabilizers, and drones effectively.
- Familiarity with social media management strategies to optimize content for different platforms.
- Background in journalism or visual storytelling is a plus for creating compelling narratives around property listings.
