Case Manager will complete care Under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and Program Director, home-based counselors will deliver direct-care services to the clients and their families utilizing a community-based treatment modality. Case Manager's will be responsible for weekly notes. Case Mangaer will be respsible for writting reports and attending all meetings and supervison.
Training will be provided. QMHP-A License is REQUIRED
