American Traveler is hiring a Travel CT Technologist for a night shift position at a freestanding emergency center imaging department in Texarkana, TX.

Freestanding emergency center imaging/CT Scan department
-
3x12-hour night shifts, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
-
13-week contract
-
May be required to work other shifts or at other campuses as needed
-
PACS system used; Superuser-level familiarity with PACS downtime procedures expected
-
Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program or equivalent
-
1 year of CT experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
-
One of the following primary modality certifications required: ARRT (Radiography), ARRT or NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology); ARRT or NMTCB (CT) preferred

TX MRT license required (license required if applicable)

BLS required (AHA only)

Basic computer proficiency required

Perform routine and advanced CT imaging procedures and support other imaging technologists as needed

Facilitate patient flow and assist with patient throughput across the department

Troubleshoot basic equipment maintenance issues and report malfunctions to appropriate personnel

Participate in QA, image processing, and image archiving system oversight

Candidate must live more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
