Service Foreman
The Service Foreman supervises and coordinates the daily activities of technicians and service staff within the shop. This role ensures all service work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining quality standards and supporting the Service Manager with operational oversight and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shop operations and technician activities
- Assign work orders and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to technicians
- Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and safety compliance
- Assist with diagnosing complex technical issues as needed
- Report operational concerns, staffing needs, and performance metrics to the Service Manager
- Enforce shop safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on service experience in a related industry
- Prior supervisory, lead, or foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of service procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, schematics, and technical documentation

Physical & Other Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
