Office Assistant – Perfect for a High School Student!
Location: Musicians In Motion – South Charlotte or Waxhaw
Hours: Part-time, 2–4 weekday afternoons (flexible around school hours)
Pay: $10–$13/hour depending on experience
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented high school student to join our team as an Office Assistant! This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, friendly, and wants to gain real-world experience in a fun, music-filled environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet families and students with a warm, professional attitude
- Help with organizing paperwork, files, and supplies
- Assist our admin staff with emails, texts, and other communications
- Prepare materials for teachers and students (copying, labeling, printing, etc.)
- Keep lobby and classrooms tidy and organized
- Help with special projects, events, or seasonal tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Polite, responsible, and dependable
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Great communicator with a helpful attitude
- Interested in music or education (a plus, not a requirement)
- Able to commit to at least one semester
