Compensation & Pay Structure:
- Maintenance Technician pay is tier-based, based on skills, experience, and technical evaluation
- Bargaining unit positions include contractual wages, scheduled increases, and shift differentials
- Competitive pay for non-union roles based on experience

What You’ll Do:
Production Roles:
- Operate and set up equipment
- Support production and quality standards
- Perform material handling and general labor
Maintenance Roles:
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance
Supervisory Roles:
- Lead production teams
- Support safety, quality, and productivity
- Train and develop employees
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments
- Mechanical aptitude (maintenance roles)
- Leadership experience (supervisory roles)
- Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed
- Reliable, team-oriented individuals
