Responsibilities: RHONDOS is seeking a full-time Sales Engineer willing to travel between 20% - 40% of the time in support of key sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Become an SAP PowerConnect solutions expert by learning fast
Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of RHONDOS solutions on-site, remotely, and at field events such as conferences and trade shows
Immerse yourself into the broad landscape of SAP, the problems customers face, and how we can optimize and secure our clients’ business Assist in the qualification of new opportunities in partnership with the Sales team
Orchestrate proof-of-concept opportunities with prospects, which includes running implementation and solution design activities
Influence prospects and new customers to think outside the box, working along their teams to connect their problems and questions back to the solutions we can provide Author SOWs, RFIs, RFPs, etc. In partnership with the Professional Services organization Leverage your prior experience to spur innovative solutions that excite and delight our target markets
Collaborate with all aspects of a growing startup – product management, engineering, professional services, and marketing

Minimum Requirements:
3-7 years of experience selling and demonstrating software products to SAP organizations
Curiosity and a passion for cutting edge technology
Ability to quickly explore, examine and understand complex problems and how they affect a customer’s business, collaborating with audiences from IT admins to C-level stakeholders
Hungry, driven, self-motivated, self-educating, well-organized with a consistent sense of urgency and ability to set, communicate, and meet deadlines with opposing priorities Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment. Start-up experience a plus!
BS technical degree, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to laugh and have fun!
Front-of-the-Line Qualifications:
In addition to presales experience within the SAP Ecosystem…

Using, managing, and/or architecting SAP from a process optimization (COE)
-
Implementing SAP or other products that integrate tightly with it
- Experience with tools like SAP Signavio, SAP IMG, Cloud ALM, or Focused Run

Additional Certifications: ITIL, SAP BTP
Significant real-world experience deploying, administering, or monitoring SAP
Industry Specific Business Knowledge: Retail, Manufacturing, Utilities, High Tech, Pharma
Experience selling into the Federal space and/or located near Washington D.C.
