Gravely, P.C. has an immediate opportunity for a construction litigation paralegal to work at a firm that is a leader in its area of practice in both Dallas and San Antonio.

What is Expected:
- Maintain attorney calendars and schedules; working with court staff to obtain hearing dates and trial schedules
- Draft documents such as pleadings, discovery demands and correspondence
- Prepare responsive documents for discovery production or subpoena requests
- Electronically file/e-service of pleadings and discovery
- Communicate and coordinate scheduling with clients and/or opposing counsel
- Obtain, review, and analyze litigation/evidentiary documents
- Prepare for trial by developing trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness files
- Compile evidence and supporting information by searching records, discovery documents, transcripts, libraries, and databases
What Gravely P.C. is Looking for In the Candidate:
- Experience as a litigation paralegal: at least 3 years handling the tasks above required
- Construction litigation experience preferred, but not required
Position Details:
- Start date: Upon successful completion of interview
- Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours / week
- Salary: competitive salary, depending on experience
