Job Overview
We are seeking an organized, dependable, and people-focused ASL Interpreter Services Coordinator to join our growing team. This position coordinates interpreting services, supports our interpreters and communication professionals, and ensures clients receive reliable communication access.
Responsibilities
- Schedule ASL interpreters and other communication access professionals.
- Match providers with assignments based on qualifications, experience, location, and client needs.
- Communicate assignment details, changes, cancellations, and coverage updates.
- Maintain accurate information in scheduling system.
- Monitor assignments and proactively address coverage needs.
- Build positive relationships with clients and service providers.
- Document important updates and escalate concerns when needed.
- Assist with urgent and last-minute scheduling requests.
Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling, staffing, interpreting services, education, or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community and interpreting profession is strongly preferred.
- ASL proficiency is preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft 365.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
