About MoneyShow
MoneyShow has spent 45 years connecting self-directed investors and traders with the world's top financial experts — through live conferences, virtual events, and digital media. We run 14+ events a year and serve a passionate community of investors who come back show after show. The team behind that experience is small, sharp, and genuinely good at what they do.
The Role
This is the connective tissue of our events business. You're the person our attendees, registrants, and exhibitors interact with most — and your job is to make every touchpoint feel effortless. That means handling inbound calls and emails, processing registrations, driving outbound outreach, and showing up on-site to run a tight registration desk when it counts.
It's a high-volume, detail-heavy role. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, genuinely likes talking to people, and takes real pride in running a clean operation — this is a great fit.
What You'll Do
Sales & Outreach
- Hit daily and weekly outreach targets (calls, emails) to registrants, past attendees, and inquiry lists
- Sell and upsell event registrations, memberships, and special packages — early bird, hotel, VIP, accredited investor events
- Follow up on every campaign, download request, and inbound inquiry; nothing falls through
Daily Client Relations
- Answer inbound calls across phone lines and monitor five shared email inboxes
- Process registrations, memberships, and event sales with accuracy — cross-referencing CRM, email, and accounting as needed
- Keep all transactions documented and confirmed; every attendee gets a proper follow-up
- Handle opt-outs, undeliverables, bad emails, and returned mail
- Test purchase links, phone lines, and website functionality regularly
Virtual Event Support
- Jump on all incoming calls and emails during live virtual events
- Troubleshoot login and access issues for attendees in real time
- Monitor chat and moderate/host sessions when assigned
On-Site Event Support
- Travel to face-to-face conferences as needed
- Train and manage on-site temp staff
- Run the registration desk from open to close — organized, calm, and ready for anything
- Handle on-site issues, pack-up, and post-show reporting
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in a customer service, sales, or event operations role

- Organized and process-driven; you don't let things slip
- Calm under pressure, especially on-site or during live events
- CRM experience a plus
- Willing to travel for select events throughout the year
- Fluent English
