About the Role
Fleet Solutions Truck Repair is looking for a hands-on technician who enjoys variety. This position includes in-shop repairs, mobile service calls, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and working directly with customers to keep commercial fleets on the road.
Every day is different. One morning you may be performing scheduled maintenance, and that afternoon you could be troubleshooting an electrical issue or responding to a roadside breakdown.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections and services
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
- Repair diesel engines, brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and hydraulic systems
- Complete DOT inspections
- Respond to local mobile service calls when needed
- Accurately document repairs and communicate findings
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- Experience working on medium or heavy-duty trucks
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license
- CDL is a plus but not required
- Welding or fabrication experience is a bonus

Pay: $16.50 - $50.00 per hour
