We are seeking a highly motivated individual to joins our grounds crew. This is a high labor intensity job with phases of low physical labor with time shifted to customer experience & safety. Applicant must be willing to work in all weather conditions & capable of lifting 45lbs on a daily basis. We host 300+ events annually plus walk in traffic 6 days a week. We are a fast paced daily business with periods of slow based on weather. Must be able to adapt to a fluid environment & work schedule based off events, that is the event business!
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance testing of various equipment.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
- Assist with customer needs as while maintaining a high safety awareness.
- Maintain grounds by various means.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance & customer service role.
- Knowledge of shooting sports preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize issues that require attention.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
