Gemini Valve, a privately held, family-owned manufacturer of performance engineered ball valves and actuators is looking for new members to add to our assembly teams. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail and can work well within a group of teammates. They should possess good hand strength and dexterity as well as a focused eye. We are looking for production-oriented individuals who can meet assembly goals while also maintaining a quality related mindset.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assembling products by following written instruction, blueprint specifications, and pre-defined BOMs
- Employing the use of hand, electric, and pneumatic tools to correctly, safely, and efficiently build outgoing product
- Testing product to ensure customer satisfaction
- Examining and inspecting key criteria of components for conformity
- Identifying potential problems and notifying the appropriate personnel
- Demonstrating dependable, reliable, safe work
- Contributing and communicating as a team player to achieve production goals
- Exhibiting reliable, punctual attendance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to stand for a majority of the shift
- Strong hand dexterity
- Familiar with common hand tools
- 1+ Years Mechanical Assembly experience
