IECP is looking to hire part-time Behavior Therapists, with the potential to grow to full-time. This position will work alongside individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities in home, school and/or community settings, to assist with meeting educational goals, daily living skills, implementing a behavior plan and offering support in accessing their communities. We're hiring throughout Mendocino County, with work available in Fort Bragg, Point Arena, Ukiah, Redwood Valley, Willits, Hopland, Anderson Valley, and surrounding areas. Annual raises available for eligible staff. We provide initial and ongoing training. Outside hires start at $20-23/hr; long term employees can make up to $28/hr.
