Position Overview:
- Location: Deer Valley and surrounding areas (Flexibility is essential)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (varies based on assignment)
- Pay Rate: RN: $35-40/hr
- Start Date: Fall Semester 2026-2027 School Year
- Type: In-person, Per Diem work (with possibility to transition into Full Time)
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, seizure disorders)
- Monitor and manage immunization records in compliance with state regulations
- Deliver first aid and emergency care
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills
- Maintain accurate and confidential student health records
- Communicate with parents regarding health concerns and follow-up care
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to frequently bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 lbs
Qualifications:
- Active AZ State RN License
- BLS Certification
- Current negative TB test
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
