Forklift / Warehouse Operator
Location: Plainfield, Indiana
Pay: 19.50/hour
Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
1st Shift Hours: 26:00 am to 2:30 pm (Monday through Friday)
Must be available for overtime, including Saturdays as needed.
Important Notes:
Must complete and pass a drug test, background check and complete your new hire paperwork before we can submit your resume to the managers for review and offers.
Core Job Duties:
Operate forklifts + warehouse equipment (especially HIGH REACH)
Load unload trucks
Pick and prepare orders
Scan items using RF scanners
Move inventory and restock shelves
Check for errors or damage in shipments
Must-have:
High reach forklift experience (required)
At least 1 year using equipment, such as:
Reach truck
Counterbalance forklift
Dock stocker
Ability to pass:
Background check
10-panel drug test
Steel-toe boots
Preferred:
High School diploma or GED (not required, please mention if you dont have it)
Work Environment Physical Demands:
Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Repetitive hand/arm movements
Warehouse noise (moderate to loud)
Working around heavy machinery
Temperature-controlled facility (not extreme heat/cold)
