Job Summary
We are looking for fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. MUST HAVE FINE JEWELRY EXPERIENCE. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while showcasing our collection of fine & estate jewelry.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling.
- Making sure displays are visually appealing each morning.
- Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive store environment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail jewelry sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with our clientele.
- A passion for fine jewelry is a plus!
