Jobe Systems is seeking a technically driven Systems Programming & IT Manager to lead the design, security, automation, and day-to-day operation of our IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, improving business processes through automation, and ensuring reliable, secure technology systems across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who enjoys continuously improving the technology that powers our business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, endpoints, identity management, backups, and disaster recovery.
Develop scripts, integrations, and workflow automations to improve operational efficiency.
Oversee IT service management, including ticketing, asset management, documentation, and change management.
Strengthen cybersecurity through vulnerability management, access controls, patch management, and incident response.
Manage IT vendors, software licensing, and technology budgets while optimizing costs.
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic technology initiatives that support business growth.
Qualifications
Strong technical background in systems administration, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
Experience with scripting, systems integration, and process automation.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, identity management, and endpoint security.
Experience managing IT operations, service delivery, and technology vendors.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Compensation: $90k - $110k DOE
Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, per diem for travel, and training allowances.
Travel: Expected travel is 15%.
