I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and previously served as an Assistant Controller and Operations Manager at Angel Island Capital. I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and had the opportunity to study abroad in Torino, Italy—an experience that broadened my perspective and appreciation for building relationships.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Erynn Nelson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
