About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Store Manager to run our Summerville, SC location. You'll report to the district manager. We're looking to fill this role by June 30, 2026.
What You'll Do
- Own monthly net revenue and gross margin targets, and drive the store to consistently hit them
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of buyers, listers, and part-time staff
- Make accurate trade-in valuations on phones, tablets, gaming gear, laptops, and accessories
- Grow sales as a percentage of total revenue through smart listing and pricing decisions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store every day
- Build and protect a 4.7+ Google star rating through great service and fast review responses
- Manage daily cash reconciliation, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention
- Complete operational standards and maintain compliance with all store standards
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2+ years of retail management experience (store manager or assistant manager level)
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing store-level metrics
- Experience hiring, training, and holding a team accountable
- Strong judgment on buying or valuing used goods (electronics experience is a plus, not required)
- Available to work one weekend day (Friday or Saturday) every week
- Comfortable with 3rd party marketplace selling, or genuinely willing to learn quickly
- Honest, organized, and energized by results
Preferred:
- Prior experience in used electronics, pawn, resale, or buy/sell/trade retail
- Experience growing an eBay or online resale channel
- Strong Google review management and customer recovery skills

- $18–$20 per hour based on experience
