Speedway Subaru and Speedway Volkswagen are two of Indianapolis’s most respected dealerships, located near the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. We’re growing our customer experience team and looking for a dependable, professional Shuttle Driver to join us full-time.
This is a stable, Monday–Saturday position with consistent daytime hours — no nights, no on-call, no uncertainty. You’ll be an important part of how our customers experience our dealership, transporting them to and from home, work, or our west-side customer hub while their vehicle is being serviced.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely and professionally transporting service customers to and from their home, workplace, or our customer hub at 2416 W 16th St
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming shuttle vehicle at all times
- Representing Speedway Auto Group with a courteous, professional attitude on every trip
- Communicating with the service team to coordinate pickups and drop-offs efficiently
- Light vehicle staging and lot assistance between shuttle runs
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Indiana driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional — our customers are counting on you
- Friendly, courteous demeanor — you’ll be the face of our dealership on every ride
- Comfortable navigating Indianapolis distances — GPS provided
- Automotive background is a plus but not required
