White Glove Dispatcher / Pickup Coordinator
JKA Logistics is seeking an experienced White Glove Dispatcher / Pickup Coordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with a strong background in dispatching, freight forwarding, and transportation logistics who can coordinate time-sensitive pickups and deliveries with professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule pickups of electronic equipment nationwide.
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure on-time service.
- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve scheduling or service issues.
- Maintain accurate shipment documentation and status updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in dispatching, freight forwarding, or transportation logistics required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive shipments.
- Experience with white glove or specialized transportation is a plus.
- Proficiency with dispatching or transportation management systems is preferred.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dispatch or white glove/final mile pick up or deliveries.
- Must have dispatching experience in FTL and LTL
- Strong communication skills over the phone and in email.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and attention to details are essential.
