The Role: Drive Our Event Success
We are seeking a highly motivated leader with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As our Travel Logistics Coordinator, you will fully own the execution of our large-scale trade shows and meetings. You will closely collaborate with our internal team and external partners to turn logistical puzzles into seamless, successful events.
Key Responsibilities
- Command Event Logistics: Oversee full budgeting, planning, and flawless execution for trade shows and corporate meetings.
- Master Team Travel: Coordinate all staff lodging, airfare, meals, and ground transportation.
- Optimize Venues: Handle conference space layouts, audiovisual equipment, and vendor setup.
- Align the Team: Provide clear guidance, timelines, and objective outlines to staff members.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1+ years of proven success in Event Management, Event Planning, and Organizational Management (Required).
- Customer Service Mindset: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Elite Organization: Dependable, detail-oriented, highly productive, and extremely efficient.
- Road Ready: Willingness to travel across the United States between 35% to 50% of the time to bring our events to life.
- Local Impact: Ability to commute daily to our Granbury, TX headquarters.
