We are seeking motivated Owner Operators to join our growing transportation network. We specialize in Dry Van, Reefer, Stepdeck, RGN (Removable Gooseneck), Lowboy, and Hotshot freight hauling throughout regional and nationwide routes.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate Dry Van, Reefer, Stepdeck, RGN, Lowboy, and Hotshot equipment
- Transport freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Properly secure loads using straps, chains, tarps, and other securement equipment
- Communicate with dispatch regarding load status and route updates
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery paperwork, and vehicle maintenance records
- Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries
Qualifications
- Previous truck driving experience preferred
- Experience hauling freight using Dry Van, Reefer, Stepdeck, RGN, Lowboy, or Hotshot equipment
- CDL or Non-CDL drivers accepted based on equipment requirements
- Knowledge of load securement and freight handling
- Understanding of DOT regulations, Hours of Service, and safety requirements
- Strong work ethic and commitment to on-time deliveries

Pay: $4,977.57 - $10,845.89 per week
