Position Overview
Rock Solid Auto Glass is a fast-growing startup in the auto-glass industry, and we’re looking for a driven, tech-savvy IT Tech/Admin to support our operations, streamline our systems, and help us scale. This role blends technical support, software management, billing, communication tools, and administrative support — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys building efficient processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain company software systems, including Glass biller, CRM platforms, Alive5, and RingCentral.
· Provide IT support for computers, networks, hardware, software, and day-to-day troubleshooting needs.
· Oversee billing, sales support, and workflow automation.
· Manage company communication tools, including Outlook and Microsoft applications.
· Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination.
· Support social media platforms and basic digital presence tasks.
· Help ensure smooth daily operations in a startup environment with evolving systems and processes.
Required Experience
· Must have at least 3-5 years experience in auto glass.
· Experience using Glass biller software.
· Experience with CRM systems and customer workflow tools.
· Familiarity with Alive5 and RingCentral.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications and Outlook.
· Experience building or managing Zapier automations.
· Understanding of billing and sales workflows.
· Comfort working with social media platforms and basic digital tools.
· Strong computer literacy, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt as the company grows.
Schedule & Availability
· Full-time position.
· Monday–Friday schedule.
· Occasional weekend hours may be needed, but your weekly schedule will be adjusted.

Compensation
$60,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience and skill level.
