We are a growing hospitality company operating multiple restaurant locations throughout the Houston area and are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our corporate office.
This position plays a key role in keeping daily operations running efficiently by providing administrative support to multiple departments, including Operations, HR, Accounting, and Executive Leadership.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their work, follows through on tasks, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being a reliable team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the corporate office, welcoming visitors and supporting restaurant management teams.
- Provide administrative support to Operations, HR, Accounting, and Executive Leadership.
- Coordinate office operations, including supplies, mail, filing, records management, and vendor communications.
- Maintain company records, reports, standard operating procedures, and confidential documents.
- Support restaurant locations with system access, user accounts, and basic technology troubleshooting.
- Assist with HR administration, including onboarding, employee records, job postings, interview scheduling, and payroll support.
- Coordinate company meetings, prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up documentation.
- Manage office purchasing, commissary inventory, marketing material distribution, and banquet-related administrative support.
- Assist with permits, donations, business materials, and other special projects as assigned.
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately, organized, and on schedule while supporting multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience (hospitality experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Canva, social media platforms, or basic graphic design is a plus
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
