We are a well-established, privately owned golf club committed to providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee the club's daily accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting reports for ownership and management.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitoring departmental expenses.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
- Coordinate with the club's outside CPA for monthly and year-end financial statements.
- Prepare sales tax and other required financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with daily cash management.
- Maintain accounting software and ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Assist management with special projects and provide financial information as requested.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, with full-charge bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Experience in private clubs, hospitality, golf, or recreational organizations is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Jonas Club Management Software and QuickBooks is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Pay: $27.40 - $33.00 per hour
