Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality auto body repairs, including MIG welding, fabrication, and sheet metal work.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and restorations.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks, ensuring all aspects of the vehicle are functioning properly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients about repair processes and timelines.
- Estimate repair costs accurately to ensure transparency with customers.
- Assemble parts and components efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician with dealership experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
- Proficiency in welding techniques, including soldering and heavy lifting capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in every task performed.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications are a plus.
